I enjoy having these conversations. I always give my two cents at every chance I get to talk about feminism. Nothing surprises me more than women championing patriarchy. I can never understand why someone would admit another human is better than them solely based on different sexual organs.
Women are being objectified and subjugated and you think it is fine? Don’t get me wrong someone can be superior to you based on a role they perform
Growing up people would pass comments like you are too strong willed, with this behaviour you are exhibiting no one will marry you. I like to make a joke out of these comments for sheer sarcasm. I’m just wondering how one would feel if they spent so much investing in their female offspring and someone deprived her of her entitlement simply because she is FEMALE. Does it even make any sense? It is laughable but that’s the world we live in. Thankfully people are becoming more open minded to these conversations.
In a world where I have invested in my education and travel, I am still not able reason with my own mental faculty. Instead, I let other people and the society render me mentaloid and project their own outlook on life on me. What a disaster that would be! I have learned that these people only share their opinion based on what they know which is why unlearning and relearning is so important.

I have come to terms to the fact that Men are basically patriarchal as they have been taught so, we can only keep enlightening them and encourage them to unlearn these teachings so the new generation do not fall victim of these mysticism. Let a boy do what he wants and stop attaching gender roles to chores. For example, boys can do ballet or pole dancing if they wish and girls can ride fast cars too.
These people championing patriarchy do it out of sheer ignorance. The world is changing, technology advances everyday. The days of men being superior due to their physical strength is over. You should upgrade too.
BASIC IDEAS FOR UNLEARNING PATRIARCHY
Think of everyone as equal. No gender is superior to another
Be open minded when having those “uncomfortable” conversations, see it as a form of learning.
Examine scenarios properly and think rationally
Question things using your brain: I don’t mean to be harsh but this is the purpose of education, challenge the status quo
There are so many discussions we need to have such as Domestic Violence, Sexual Harassment, Pay Gap, Genital Mutilation, Child Marriage but today I thought I keep it simple.
